Cleveland Heights Domestic Partnership Registry (PDF, 405K)
Initiated by Heights Families for Equality, the municipal domestic partnership registry will allow a committed couple to create a legal record of their relationship. The registry will be the first of its kind in Ohio, and the first in the nation to be created by a ballot initiative.
